Bentley being repaired
If you’ve missed sipping wine and nibbling tapas at Bentley Restaurant & Bar (320 Crown Street, Ph 9332 2344), you’ll be pleased to know it will re-open February 11 after a renovation to provide a “much improved and spacious dining area” (I quite liked the old space, but there you go) by architect Pascale Gomes-McNabb. The PR people tell us “the ambience is being updated”. Tough job, but somebody had to do it — and Gomes-McNabb had the name for the job.
