DIY cocktails
At Subsolo (161 King Street 9223 7000), one of a rash of tapas restaurants recently opened in town, they're offering a 'tapas style' cocktail, the Impostor. Well it's actually an interactive cocktail — you get a kit on a tray that includes all the mixers with juice, herb, spice, sugar etc and you choose your spirit and make you own poison. Good idea — but what's it got to do with tapas?
