Dip your lid

April 2010

Many years ago, when I was in advertising, I had a young art director called Steve Ingram. A good lad who liked his tucker, he turned up much later as one half of Paradise Beach Purveyors, manufacturer of seriously good dips and the very clever Pita Bits for dipping into them. Steve got out of advertising and married clever cook Anne Marie and they started this business. In the early days he came to me with their products and I pronounced them very good indeed. They’ve stuck at it and are now going gangbusters. The latest accolade to come their way is Most Successful Exhibitor and Champion Dip at the Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Produce Show. Their Smoked Salmon & Dill Dip won the Champion Dip title and, all up, they won three Golds and three Silvers. Good on you, chaps. You can find out more about them and where to get them at  www.paradisebeach.ws
