After waiting far too long, the new swish Spice I Am The Restaurant (296 Victoria St, Darlinghurst, Ph 9332 2445) has opened opposite Tropicana. Now that’s one newbie we’ll be racing to try out. Let’s hope chef Sujet Saenkham has his sublime steamed fish dish, hor mok, on the menu.
