Shoplifters show taste
There seems to be an epidemic of organic food thefts in Sydney. My local IGA in Glebe Point Road recorded a shoplifter on their CCTV who got away with organic honey, soup, coffee, fruit and veg. Over at Rozelle, About Life’s Tammi Phillips reports a serial organic food thief whom they now know and apprehend every time she leaves the store. And the Daily Telegraph ran a report of a man caught with two trays of organic chicken breasts down his trousers, a story they chose to illustrate with a shot of somebody with chicken legs down their trousers, betraying either a sorry understanding of chicken anatomy or a faintly phallic joke. Is that a chicken leg in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me?
