Roger Sheen is the importer of many wonderful food items from Tunisia, including until recently, a deliriously delicious smoky and just-hot-enough harissa Berbère. In the March 09 column I told you the sad tale of why it stopped coming in. But I recently received an email from Roger who tells me it will be available in 200g bottles around the middle of July. If you see it, grab it — it’s indispensable in the kitchen.
