It seems ages since we’ve been able to buy a lime without mortgaging the house but now they’re cheap and abundant. You’ll find lime juice in nearly all the salads at Arun Thai but we especially love the banana flower one with chicken, king prawns, cashews and chilli.  Bistro Paris is making the most of summer’s berries in their dessert ‘Au nom de la rose’ which includes vanilla bean ice-cream in a crisp tuile, rosewater cream, petals and red berry salad
