Brussels sprouts are plentiful and good thanks to an early frost. Otto's James Kidman is blanching them, then sautéing them with pancetta.

Winter time is cabbage time, so you'll find it popping up all over the place. Try it in the homestyle cabbage salad at Kafenes in Enmore, a specialty of the north, where the owner's mum comes from.
